Thermal graphite sheet it is an ideal interface material as it is a natural graphite based product with very high thermal conductivity properties. A very thin layer of 0,13mm enables to transfer very quickly heat from a source to the heatsink. This material has a flame retardant V0 grade. Very common applications are indoor LED and street lighting systems cooling and PCB heat transfer from source to heatsink.
